Bear Method was created to spread knowledge regarding training and nutrition. Fads and myths are everpresent in the fitness industry and I hope to alleviate some of that pain. Due to misinformation people can not only see no optimal results, but hurt themselves as well.
It is my goal to present readers with factual information. I do my best to back my claims with credible research from multiple sources if possible.
Although some of my entries are subject to critisizm due to their anectodal or phylosophical, psychological nature, I welcome all who would like to challenge my claims, all discussion is encouraged, although I will not tolerate obvious cases of trolls.
